Why get notified?

You might be wondering why you would want to be notified when a specific feature lands in a browser. Especially since we have polyfills. However, keep in mind that:

1. Not all features can be polyfilled
2. Polyfills incur extra downloads and processing

So for situations where there is no polyfill it's useful to know when you can start using the feature.

For situations where there is a polyfill it's useful to know when this can be removed.

How does it work?

The first step is to subscribe using the form on this website. Here you select:

• Which browsers you wish to support
• Which features you are interested in
• The email address on which you'd like to be notified

Then, once the latest stable version of all the browsers you selected support a feature, you will receive an email.

Each feature you select will trigger a separate email.
